Our Policy:

Products sold here typically ship within 3-5 days.
On occasion, we do need to make a product to order, in which case shipping times may be increased to 5-10 days.
We do accept exchanges and returns of unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return or exchange you will need to ship the product back to us with all original packaging.
